Using my leadership experience in both farming and retail and the academic strength of my MBA, my aim is to bring value to students at 91Pro wherever in the food chain they are most interested.
Using my industry experience of developing talent, I will help both Food and Business students achieve early-career success in my role of Placement Manager.
My teaching focus is food retail marketing. My specialist interests are employability, and retailer-supplier relations. I am Placement Manager for food and business courses and University Placement Cooridinator.
